1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Milestone Rally website (milestonerally.com) and participation in any events organised by Milestone Rally. By accessing this website or registering for an event, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Eligibility

To participate in a Milestone Rally event, you must:

• Hold a valid and current driving licence recognised in the country of the event
• Own or have legal authority to use a road-legal vehicle that meets the event's requirements
• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of the event
• Comply with all local traffic regulations and laws at all times during the event

3. Nature of the Event

Milestone Rally is a curated driving experience — not a race. There is no competitive timing, no ranking, and no element of competition involved. Each participant drives at their own pace and under their own responsibility.

The event consists of scenic driving routes, curated stops, and shared hospitality experiences. Participants are expected to drive responsibly and within legal speed limits at all times.

4. Registration & Acceptance

• Participation in Milestone Rally events is subject to review and approval by the organisers.
• The organisers reserve the right to accept or refuse any application at their sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
• Registration is considered confirmed only after full payment has been received and a written confirmation has been issued.

5. Pricing & Payment

• Prices are fixed per edition and published on the relevant event page.
• All payments must be completed in full before the start of the event.
• Payment details and methods are communicated during the registration process.

The organisers reserve the right to modify event routes, schedules, accommodations, or other arrangements if circumstances require it. Participants will be notified of any significant changes in a timely manner.

In the event of force majeure — including, but not limited to, severe weather, natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions — the organisers may reschedule the event or offer alternative arrangements. Liability in such cases is limited to the terms outlined in our Refund Policy.

8. Media Usage

By participating in a Milestone Rally event, you grant the organisers permission to capture and use photographs, videos, and other media taken during the event for promotional, editorial, and marketing purposes — including but not limited to use on the website, social media channels, and print materials. If you wish to opt out of media usage, please notify the organisers in writing before the event.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cluj-Napoca, Romania.
