Refund Policy

1. Introduction

Milestone Rally events are designed around limited participation, carefully curated routes, and personalised hospitality. Because of this, significant planning and financial commitments are made well in advance. As a result, refunds are subject to the specific conditions outlined below.

2. Non-Refundable Deposit

Once your registration has been confirmed and payment received, the deposit is non-refundable.

This is because planning costs — including accommodation bookings, route logistics, and supplier commitments — are incurred immediately upon confirmation.

3. Cancellation by Participant

60+ days before event

Partial refund may be issued (minus the non-refundable deposit).

30–59 days before event

50% of the total fee may be refunded, at the organiser's discretion.

Less than 30 days / No-show

No refund will be issued. The full fee is forfeited.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.

4. Cancellation by Organiser

In the unlikely event that Milestone Rally cancels an edition, registered participants will receive a full refund or, where applicable, a credit toward a future event of equal or greater value.

The organiser is not responsible for any travel-related expenses, including flights, car transport, or travel insurance, that may have been arranged independently by the participant.

5. Force Majeure

If an event is affected by circumstances beyond the organiser's control, including but not limited to:

  • Severe weather conditions or natural disasters
  • Government-imposed travel restrictions or lockdowns
  • Civil unrest, pandemics, or public health emergencies

The organiser will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or provide alternative arrangements. Refunds in force majeure situations are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Transfer of Participation

If you are unable to attend, your registration may be transferred to another driver, subject to prior approval by the organisers. The replacement participant must meet all eligibility requirements as outlined in our Terms & Conditions.

Transfer requests must be submitted at least 30 days before the event. Administrative fees may apply.

7. Referral Incentive

If a confirmed participant successfully refers a new driver who completes full registration and payment, a referral incentive may apply. The incentive amount is published on the relevant event page and is issued as a partial refund after the referred participant's registration is finalised. Referral incentives are not cumulative unless explicitly approved by the organisers.
